Feeling Snacky?

Are you feeling hungry and don't know what to eat?  Here are a few of my favorite snacks:
  • Cheese stick
  • Trail mix (without M&M's)
  • Pretzels
  • Freeze dried fruit (just make sure there is no added sugar)
  • Popcorn
  • Apple with peanut butter
  • Fruit smoothie
  • Carrots with a laughing cow cheese wedge
  • Fruit
  • Veggies
  • Almonds or other nuts
  • Greek Yogurt with fruit or honey
